It was all a Prussian ploy

What was "all a Prussian ploy?"

In addition to being too vague, blaming a country is always meaningless. A country is just a corporation (legal fiction), which means it does not actually exist. The people that occupy a region and identify as being members of some larger group or "country" (usually defined by the ruling family) are not motivated for "ploys" or "schemes," etc. They just want to grow their crops and not starve to death under the grip of whatever people claim to be their rulers. The people are made to care about things like war, or anything other than food, shelter and peaceful lives through the propaganda of their rulers. So blaming a nation is always an association fallacy.

The rulers of Prussia were just members of the same aristocratic family as existed in every other country in Europe, Asia, and the America's. All the same family, going back as the rulers of Eurasia for thousands of years (the ruling family of the group known as the Tartarians/Scythians/Yamnaya).

So again, What was "all a ploy" by the specific Royal Scythian descendants that occupied the region labeled as Prussia?
