These would have nothing to do with the military just federal prosecutors all over the country. Most likely its bad guys keeping their dogs on a leash to do their bidding. Highly doubt we will see these cases come to light.

I assume that the military has to be involved to present the evidence they have collected as the FB| and C|A would conveniently "lose" the evidence.
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (via indictments from a Grand Jury on 11 overt acts) convicted and sentenced to execution Julius and Ethel Rosenberg for sharing Atomic Weapon secrets with the USSR.
Organizations and/or people that wish to do us harm during this time will be met with swift fury – certain laws have been pre-lifted to provide our great military the necessary authority to handle and conduct these operations (at home and abroad).
I believe it's likely that charges of Treason and aiding our enemies can be brought forth via Military Courts.
