The theorizing about her death, with no situational information, is the Post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy (after this, therefore because of this) which is easy to fall into because we're all about "there are no coincidences". But I have certainly experienced a number of unfortunate coincidences in my lifetime. It does happen.
