There's another one called Open Video Downloader, also open sourceed but it has occasional errors.

Works for many many sites though, uses ffmpeg and youtube-dl also

If you have an android phone, grab Seal from f-droid. Very simple UI. You copy and paste the link (to any site, not just YouTube or twitter), and it'll download it for you.
