Might I humbly suggest you try to tough it out until Trump is elected and the economy starts to rise again? Unless you can pay for a house outright you will save hundreds a month when the mortgage rates go back down. Mine is a Trump rate - 2.25%.

Definitely the safer bet, and probably the wiser one, but if a risk is needed you may be able to go with this option.
