I am pretty sure RFK Jr was behind the OWS. He knows how the Big Pharma gets away with things, and he knew what guardrails to put and how they would circumvent it.

Makes sense. They brainstormed that out & came out with the OWS tactic, Probably the last 30 seconds of their talk was about him running on a 3rd party distraction ticket
