Supreme Court blocked it before and he ignored it. I’m happy he was told again that he can’t do it. I paid for 3 people for college and it just isn’t fair to me or to other taxpayers that he gives away money that we have to repay.

Doesn't matter to "Biden" now anyway. He was trying to buy their votes. Since it's highly doubtful he will be on the ballot this November, why would he go out of his way to fight it? He has more important problems. Like trying to put together a string of words into a coherent sentence.

I think they knew this would happen, but not before the election. They sent out all those letters for votes, not expecting it to be squashed so soon. These people have their spark plug wires crossed. Nothing but backfires.

So here's the real kicker: On August 1, 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Crabtree to serve as a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Ross (last month's ruling) was nominated by President Barack Obama in December 2010.

TLDR: Both Crabtree (Thursday's ruling) and Ross (last month's ruling) were nominated by Obama. So any lib friends you have that are reeeeeee'ing over this can thank Obama and stop blaming Repubs.
