In Wisconsin, a candidate's name can only be removed if he or she dies, and in Nevada, the deadline for replacing candidates from the ballot, which was June 28, has already passed. However, there is an exception if a candidate is deemed mentally incapacitated, possibly prompting months of legal battles.
Ohio too. They had to do a special provision for Biden. Would be funny to see it now.
Indeed! They made a special provision so that he could be on the ballot even though their convention is later.

As far as I know he was never "deemed mentally incapacitated". Since that is not the reason he dropped out. I cannot see why would be applicable here.
This is exactly the reason he's dropping out. Remember he didn't want to and only was told he had a cold or covid.
Just because you are losing you are not allowed to do this. They are just not using the words at this time.

They're going to ask everyone to hand write-in their yet-to-be-named-demonrat-runner. With all of those hand written votes, it will take MONTHS to process to determine the winner in each of those states.
