The biggest reason I believe the 25th will still come into play is because Trump said in Dec of 21.

"the 25th is of no zero threat to me, but will come back to haunt joe biden and the biden administration. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for."

And trump has a great batting average thus far for comments like that...
