It’s the first thing my spouse pointed out and I too believe it looked like scrolling words. I thought he looked like a robot you’d see at the wax museum in Branson.

It was raining in DC at this time, albeit light. If you look at depth of field, it fades back gradually as it should. I don't think this was AI. I think it was either the Resident of prerecorded earlier today. I'm not seeing any SFX or CGI artifacts. Def reading from a prompter. Frail.
Edit: I'll add that the photos are more out of focus than the flags to my eyes. I'd like to see a better still.
Yo Fren. Watch the window pan below his left ear, it flutters consistently throughout his speech. No others flutter up like that one. His speech starts about at 1hr in. It's weird, this effect and the photo's are fuzzier than makes sense. Blue Screened IMO.
Def not reflection of rain. I think a teleprompter may be the most plausible. The distortion just didn’t seem right

I noticed a consistent digital blur going only up and stopping from one second to the next. So no, it wasn’t the leaves on the trees because those go up and down, and it wasn’t a reflection of water because water doesn’t stop abruptly.

The bulletproof glass behind him is very thick. It does weird things to images coming in from outside, and also reflections from inside.

Just saw it on Google News and immediately felt like something was wrong with the whole picture, same feeling I get looking at AI generated crap. It seems real enough that if it isn't, it won't be proven.. My gut says no though.
Looks like Jose didn't do the best job of taping off. Should be easy to check against other videos from this supposed location.
