I’m glad the patriots won. But there should be just compensation for those that held to their beliefs. According to the article, records will be corrected.
That’s a pretty weak “win”.
There has been little retribution to those that mandated the jab.
Those that took it AND those that pushed back are both victims. Our military is weaker. People’s careers and health have been destroyed.
Why do we accept this?
Thanks to those who serve and who have served. I wish we could do more for you.
UCMJ and US Code says AD service members and Vets can't sue the govt for injuries or wrongful judgemental against them that occur(ed) while in service.
Th SeALs fighting that fight in court didn't do it for monetary gain. They did it because it was the right thing to do, and when you go into any battle, you never quit. Period. Always keep fighting, always keep pushing forward, always keep striving for greatness. Those are qualities every SeAL and SF operator I've ever met and worked with espouses. We don't do what we do for money or fame and glory. We do it for ourselves, our country, and our brothers and sisters who passed on before us.
No compensation? What the heck. They should get more than attorney fees by being forced out of the military wrongfully for a shot that does nothing but harm or kill. These service members are the ones you want to keep because they used their brain and remained steadfast and were fighters. They had more common sense than the woke commanders who followed orders from the pentagon.
Hoorah.

Thanks for the reply.
I am humbled. Much respect, patriot.
I love happy endings, I admire his resolve!
Not taking it derailed my career, but I'm still happy I'm clot shot free.
Respect!
