Apparently it matters how you phrase the question. I used the link and asked this:
Why is there information about Kamala Harris’ campaign but not about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination?
And got this response:
I'm not sure what you're referring to regarding Donald Trump. I can provide information on past presidential campaigns, including Donald Trump's and Kamala Harris', but I can't make claims about an attempted assassination of Donald Trump, as I can't find credible information about such an event. Do you have another question?
Then I asked, “Did someone try to assassinate Donald Trump?“ and got this response;
Former US President Donald Trump was shot during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024. Trump, who was shot in the ear, was immediately taken for treatment at a local hospital and released later that day in stable condition. One attendee was killed and two others were injured, but survived. The shooter, later identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks, was shot and killed by the United States Secret Service shortly after the incident occurred. Investigations remain ongoing.
Proving once again how mind-numbingly stupid "AI" is. Its intelligence is "artificial", all right. It's damn near non-existent.
Why isn't there info on Trump's assassination?
--Got no info on that. Who's Trump? What's assassination? Duhhhhh....
Did someone try to assassinate Trump?
--Well HELL YEAH, mofo! Lemme fill ya IN!! Former US President Donald Trump was shot during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024. Trump, who was shot in the ear, etc.!!
Stupid.
Phrasing is everything, apparently, even for AI. You really did "Think It Through", Fren. Cheers :)
I just tried it and it said there was an attempt on Jan 6th and that it can provide detail but then the detail says he wasn't there, so broken and useless.
