I thought of a New angle to research: Cooks practiced at gun range acknowledged by FBI and other agencies to also using. Did they pick up spent casings to be dropped on roof next to Cooks. Oh, Cooks shot 8 times! NOT! Remember the man in gray suit without credentials asking for photos to be sent to him (ATF #). He would be # 1 person to ID.
