No idea if this is an accurate connection or not, but there was apparently a group of people called the Kwarzim just south of Khazaria that was responsible for being such a giant collection of rectums that they sparked Genghis Khan’s westward slaughtertrail.

Those two sound an awful lot alike, but haven’t checked if the timelines or anything else actually match up yet.
