Well, the counter-sniper team could definitely see him. They use spotter scopes, etc, which would make everything at that distance highly detailed. Combined with their vantage point being much higher than this video’s perspective, it is clear the USSS has lied that the ridgeline of the roof provided concealment for Crooks.
