If you need a fake real looking image to use online try this (Tip: keep refreshing till you find a good one, then when you find a good one, change the dimensions [eg.. stretch height or width a bit, and move it off center a bit using image manipulation tools] before using it):

Why do you suggest subtly altering the image before using it?

I think because then you can't reverse image search it / TinEye (??) and find the original image.....?

possibly get it past filters that actively look for these pics. Someone found an algorithm to them, but a few graphical mods can make it work.
