The quickest way to get an instance up and running is to use docker. Here’s a sample compose file:

services:
    archivebox:
        image: archivebox/archivebox
        command: server --quick-init 0.0.0.0:8000
        ports:
            - 8000:8000
        environment:
            - PUID=1000
            - PGID=1000
            - TZ=Pacific/Auckland
            - USE_COLOR=True
            - SHOW_PROGRESS=False
        volumes:
          - /var/data/archivebox:/data #change /var/data/archivebox to a folder local to your machine. 

Then you can access the interface from a browser http://localhost:8000
