It is coming out. Things are moving slowly worldwide, but it is. These last weeks, many reports have come out, especially in European Countries, about vaxx damage.
FYI: Bill Gates will be traveling to the Leeuwarden, Netherlands in September to render an account of his actions before the law on the 18th. It will be a public oral process.
The ways Dutch legal processes work is different from what you may be used to in the US. Major difference is, that discovery process is different, and not very strong, as in the US. SO, the claimants had to prepare way in advance.
Here' s the list of notable defendants:
Technically, Pharma, MSN, Government in conspiracy to commit, are being sued.
Importance: During and after the Covid hoax, the several benches have rejected to go into much detail and usually dismissed cases based on the argument: "wide area of appreciation". This prevented any legal test. (see ICCPR: art.1-23). In essence, any law should conform to a legal test: effectiveness, objectiveness, and subsidiarity.
The latter especially is important, because it requires "proposed measures to be implemented" to be least disruptive to achieve an end. The object of a measure may never be the destruction of the enjoyment of a right.
It is a difficult matter, and usually, judges, as the gatekeepers of the State, are very conservative where it comes sweeping views.
Added to the matter is: knowingly: would have known, could have known, should have known. If a judge is convinced of this, the repercussions of towards a defendant can be stark.
Since the judicial system is totally corrupt, it is important to find a venue and a judge that is ready to at least: listen and act honorably. In The Hague, that is a foregone conclusion. The Judge who decided to scrap the curfew, was overruled in 4 hours (never happened, as an appeal at least takes two weeks if not 2 months).
But, the Court in Leeuwarden has a history of siding with the people. In 1942, the court ruled that given the sentencing history in The Netherlands, certain sentences sought by the occupying German forces were out of bounds and violating the Hague War Orders. The accused was off the hook.
So, though most of these judges are cucked to the hilt, some have a backbone and faced with the inevitable (usually a thing called: trust in the system) they have to find against the defendants.
Even though, there may be a finding, this isn't over for the foreseeable future. These processes can last years. These processes are as much a legal issue as well as a pubic interest issue.
