I was just wondering about this especially in relation to Iceland and Croatia.

Icelanders themselves indeed are hardly violent criminals, and it is indeed quite amazing they would occupy such a spot. The same goes for Sweden.
So, indeed, I also think this list needs a little refining. And while we are at it, they can put the religious affiliation with it.
