Does Kamala Harris meet the constitutional requirement of being president? Is she a native born citizen if her parents were not citizens? If so, does that mean any "anchor baby" born here to an illegal can run for President even if they and their parents are deported?

Redstates need to refuse to put Kamalamdingdong on the ballot and force the supreme court to clarify this.
I'm not lawfag, but I can understand what I read, and by my interpretation she does not qualify. She is not a Natural Born Citizen. I think you used incorrect term when you said Native Born Citizen.
Here is proof:
If the founders intended that anyone born on American soil was a Natural Born Citizen, then why did they have to add:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President?
Because it was not until July 4, 1811, that the first first “natural born” citizens… those born to U.S. citizens after July 4, 1776… became 35 years of age.
You are correct, I meant to say natural born. Still, where are the legal eagles regarding this? Does the U.S. Constitution imply anyone born on U.S. soil are eligible to become President at 35 years of age OR does it mean both parents must be U.S. Citizens before their child can be considered natural born citizen?
If there are 2 schools of thought, shouldn't the GOP file suit to make it clear as to whether she can be on the ballot? Also, can she be placed there by the DNC without having to have been voted on by Democrats in a primary? Don't the states also have a say in who their Democrat voters choose? If her DNC endorsement is all that it takes, could the RNC do the same? Then the people would not have a choice other than 2 uniparty people chosen by unelected elites.
Don't loose site that the RNC is a corporate business, not a political institution.

Redstates should refuse to put Kamaladingdong on the ballot, and force SCOTUS to decide this.
Not a law fag, but I've researched this. Lawfags disagree. If they are strict Constitutional lawyers and believe the Constitution is not a "living" (ie changeable with the times) document, their answer would likely be she is NOT eligible. Those who are not strict Constitutional lawyers ( ie, so open-minded their brains are in danger of falling out) would say yes, she (and probably Barry as well) are eligible. You can probably tell which camp I'm in.
Regardless, does she meet the rules for being placed on the ballot. Before Biden stepped down, there was a lot of talk that he could not be replaced on the ballot in 2 or 3 states unless he actually died.
Since the kenyan, that doesn't matter anymore. They dont obey our laws
Born in the USA while her parents were under "foreign jurisdiction". She's a citizen, but not eligible to be President (or VP). This whole administration is a sham. Fake POTUS, fake VP, fake inauguration, fake fake fake...
Doesn't matter what any of us think. By being ruled eligible to run on the Biden's ticket as VP, she has already been vetted as eligible to run for president. The requirements for VP and President are identical.
I wish everyone would stop hoping for things that have already been settled. YOU can disagree all you want, but THEY have decided she is eligible. And if you wanted to protest, you needed to do that 4 years ago. It's going to be an exceedingly hard argument to make at this point.
What about the argument that she was not voted on to be the party nominee? If allowed to stand, what would bar the Uniparty controlled GOP from doing the same? It would eliminate the states voters from choosing and it would eliminate all voters the choice other than those decided on by unelected party elites. Basically a Communist election.
That's a stronger argument, but the RNC and the DNC have different bylaws. What works for the Democrats may not be possible for the Republicans.
Ultimately I'm not sure this is going to matter anyway. Both Trump and Scavino have hinted that the Joe is going to contest this in Chicago anyway, so we're all still speculating on how this is going to resolve itself.
I maintain the view that she was not eligible to run for VP let alone President.
