He's still shadow banned, maybe? If this is his first post since Elon took over, it could be possible that Elon didn't know about the shadow banning and so there's still work to do on X's side to get his posts to show again.

Edit: he's supposed to be in an interview with Elon today, right? Perhaps the long awaited tweet is coming real soon? Seems like they're prepping his account for it.
