Federal judge dismisses Trump classified documents case over concerns with prosecutor's appointment
A federal judge in Florida has dismissed the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump, siding with defense lawyers who said the special counsel who filed the charges was illegally appointed by the Justice Department.
Is this a BOOM?
For now. It's a boom in a sense that because the courts are SO slow, the appeal will probably take place during Trump's presidential transition period or after he is president. At which point, he can commute any sentence, and then turn around and sue jack smith and the DOJ for harassment, lawfare, deprivation of rights under color of law; conspiracy against rights, conspiracy against civil rights; and intimidation of voters
doubleboom
Trump is going to sue them, like I said he should

It says it dismisses the case.
I thought this means it is over.
I'm sure the DoJ will appeal the dismissal.
Maybe, maybe not.
A month-old boom. The article is dated July 15th.
