She's invoking Communist propaganda machine tactics by turning her head up and into the future, where she will be unburdened by what has been.

Go back and look at old photos and depictions of Lenin, Stalin, and Mao. Then you will notice it.

And Obama’s ‘O’ logo is grafted from a communist Chinese symbol.

Biden also uses the 3 red stripes which stands for the 3 flags of communism. Symbolism will be their downfall.
