What capacity did he work for them? Are we throwing shade at him for some reason, or is this just more of an FYI? Did he do something there that is noteworthy?
He was the COO of the company. Chief of Operations. Who is usually second in command to the CEO, and runs the company when the CEO is not present/doing other things.
How is it not noteworthy that Vance was C-level with a genetics research company that got DARPA funding for neural control research?
Ok got it. So what exactly are we to do with this? I'm not trying to be a dick about this, but what productive actions should come from this? Should Trump dump him for this is or is just an FYI and take it as you wish.
I get it, but this is what we have to work with. Trump knows his entire background and still went with him, unlike Pence, who was more or less selected for him with the help of commies like Paul Ryan. I think Trump has learned a lot, so I'm gonna let him cook and let's see where this goes.

Noggin - nice find! it seems like some people here need to look into darpa and theil a little more…..both pretty bad at a deep level
For newbs - ‘why files’ on you-toob has an episide on darpa that scratches the surface, go check it out. Theil - you might have to dig a bit.

It makes me very wary of Vance being his VP pick. But I doubt he will dump him at this time.

Remember the Rex Tillerson pick?
He wasn’t trustworthy, but he was needed for a role.
Isn’t there basically a whole book worth of comments about the “Scaramucci Model”?
Do they need to be impeccable, or usable? Can VP be replaced? Could he have been placed in that position by WH to see what’s going on?
I don’t have any conclusions or opinions about him, just throwing out some possible strategic intents.
File it away in your memory hole and keep an eye on JD. Do some of your own digging on the topics if you are inclined.
Thanks I will.
