This is a false headline. None of the charges relate to election fraud or rigging, he's being charged with criminal neglect of the paper supply, while defrauding the state by working two full-time jobs, and lying on the election worker timesheets. The dude may have been more incompetent than evil.
From listening to Ogg’s conference, this guy mainly sounds guilty of fraud.
What I didn’t catch, which would be an interesting angle if provable, which it might not have been, is if his supervisor had been aware of his fraud and leveraged it to get specific voter stations to go offline.
Could easily avoid leaving a paper trail with that. Might be a very hard thing to prove.
It’s also hard to not get a bit indignant when this guy is making more at his SECOND job that he isn’t even doing than most people make at their first jobs.
What was he doing to justify $250,000 OR $90,000 a year?
Defendant Darrell Blackburn, who worked in the now defunct elections administrator's office, has been charged with six felony charges, five of them tampering with the document, one theft by a public official."
"This individual was specifically assigned to see that paper was allocated properly see that paper was allocated properly.... The result is he didn't do his job for Harris County."
According to the indictment, Blackburn had a secret 2nd full-time job, and because of that, he couldn't properly fulfill his duty with Harris County. I don't really buy that garbage because the ballot paper shortage was deliberate to prevent Republicans from winning but it's at least good to see accountability every once in a while
Why didn't the supervisor (everybody, works for somebody) realize that this person wasn't working "full time"? The fact that he failed (with intent) to allocate ballots not withstanding.
I submit the charge of "treason" should be among the charges filed.
I would like to see the sup being charged also. No, I don't believe he purposely short the paper for Republicans but then, he also was faking timesheet (which makes me wonder what else he was doing besides that).
"Well I'll be danged, election fraud is real! Trump was right again after all!! First the spying on his campaign, then Russia Russia Russia, then J6 being a totally staged setup, then the vaccine being safe and effective, now this...what ELSE is he right about that they're lying to us about !?!?!?!?"

It appears that many times their evil is masked by incompetence.
Cheating on time card is not incompetence okay. I disagree.

If proven, would be great, but I don't think it's going to be that easy.
Probably not, unless the bosses got stupid.

That's what I was wondering already. Is he being paid by Soros?
Harris County resident here.
I don't know if Kim Ogg is doing a good job or not as she found no evidence of impacting the outcome of the election for either party.
I do know that Ogg lost in the election primary to Sean Teare who is Soros-backed.

I can only hope the Republican candidate, Dan Simons, can beat him in the general election in November.
Thanks for the update. Appreciate that.

(Former?) Democrat voters by the millions
He is right about many things and now we find out. Isn't it amazing.
Petition the state for a new election. Enough signatures and the state Supreme Court would have to hear the case.
Good solution.
He had a secret 2nd fulltime job - meaning he was just collecting a check for no work. Good grift if you can get it.
Wonder what his second job is now.
