When I was a delegate the buses started to go to the convention each day from 4-6:00 p.m.
I did not go to the highfalutin parties that were big fundraisers. So I always took the 4:00 bus when I was a delegate. It was mostly empty then. Peter Paul and Mary performed and I just walked up to the stage and stood there by myself watching them. Mary smiled at me.
By 6:30 it filled up for the evening. So this taking pictures before events are full just like Trump's rally in North Carolina are getting old. This is just the truth.
It wasn’t like this picture, but there were several blocks of seats open. Kind of like certain delegations decided Monday was going to be boring or were in a wait and see regarding getting through the protests.
