There is an entire PDF out there about parasites and things like this. I don’t have it handy as I’m traveling, but will endeavor to find it.

You can upload PDFs and articles into chat GPT and other AI interfaces like the one that I personally love, Gab.ai and ask it to summarize the takeaways with bullet points.

It will save you a lot of time.
