This makes the most sense. I am not familiar enough with the abortion process, though it seems like something you would want to do more than localized anesthesia.
Putting the patient to sleep & then pulling baby parts out in the bus wouldn't allow for the sanitation they are supposed to practice in medical facilities.
It makes more sense to me that they are giving out abortion pills & are setting up appointments.
Do they have an MD on site prescribing them? If not this may violate laws for giving prescription medications without a prescription. Though I am not sure if there are over the counter abortion prescriptions.
They are supposed to be used after having unprotected s*x. It immediately triggers menstruation so that implantation cannot occur. It's not something to be taken to initiate an abortion.
And who did you hear that from, Planned Parenthood? The FDA? I hear this line all the time. Seems awfully convenient that this pill can somehow prevent pregnancy, even after a couple has had sex and the man has already put the baby inside the woman.
Wrong. Abortion pills and morning-after pills (also called emergency contraception) are two different types of medication: Abortion pills end a pregnancy. Morning-after pills prevent pregnancy from occurring.

It's the morning after pill which is OTC.
Thank you. This just isn't something any of my relatives have ever considered, so I have no awareness.
It saddens me that those pills are so easy to get.

I can’t say I disagree with you, most will though
