The woman is Stephanie Grisham - Remember her? She was an assistant to Melania and got fired, remember?

She was only press secretary for a brief time but never even held a press conference before she was replaced! She became an assistant to Melania Trump but betrayed her by trying to make money off of the Trump Family by arranging some service for a large event and then billing nearly a million dollars for her service.

When Melania realized her assistant/friend was grifting off of them, she fired her. Stephanie then wrote a fictional tell-all book about the Trump family who had been so gracious to hire her and invite her into their homes. She is a traitorous backstabber and betrayed Melania, especially.
