Traditions and vain fashion trends of man mean nothing to God.
Mary was impregnated while unmarried, disgraceful. Jesus was born in a dirty filthy animal shed, disgraceful. The witnesses to his birth that spread the news were poor shepherds, not kings, disgraceful. He was raised in the backwoods dirt poor town of Nazareth, basically the sticks, "What good can come from Nazareth?", disgraceful. The man that God sent to prepare the people for Jesus' arrival, to make straight his path, was a dirt poor wildman preacher from an outcast sect who wore the equivalent of rags, ate bugs, and had long hair, disgraceful. That same man was arrested as a criminal and beheaded at the pleasure of elite women as a party favor, disgraceful. During his ministry, with few exceptions, Jesus walked everywhere, no horse, no cart, just dirt worn down sandals, disgraceful. His clothes were not trendy or fancy like the established religious men, he wore one single plain looking outfit his whole ministry, disgraceful. He owned no home, he always depended on charity like a vagabond, birds have nests and foxes have dens, but Jesus had no place to rest his head, disgraceful. He was always at odds with the men whom society held in esteem. He was driven out of towns, betrayed by one of his inner circle, arrested, tortured, slandered and finally given the death sentence of a common criminal. All very disgraceful, if you care about such things.
By the way, the Nazarite vow, established by God, included many self sacrificial actions as a way of offering up worship to God, one of which to not cut your hair. Most people who took the vow only did so for a few months at most, but some did it for much longer or even their whole lives, like Sampson, thus his long hair.
it is amazing his eyes were open and so well defined.
i believe shroud is 2000 years old, A.I. image - skeptical. to what degree of accuracy? there is nothing i know to compare it to.
Sorry folks don’t mean to party poop. Thought I I’ll just leave this here.
In 1988, an international team of scientific experts performed radiocarbon dating on snippets of the Shroud of Turin. The results showed that the famous cloth did not date back to the time of Christ’s crucifixion in the first century A.D. In fact, the cloth seemed to have been manufactured sometime between 1260 and 1390 A.D. The team concluded the Shroud was nothing more than a medieval hoax. — PBS “Secrets of the Dead - Shroud of Christ?” 2004
But rather Jesus’ appearance would have more likely resembled an early eastern Semitic man.
Assuming Jesus to be a native West Asian Galilean Semite, the study concluded in conjunction with Mark Goodacre that he would have appeared 'Middle Eastern' and his skin would have been "olive-coloured" and "swarthy".

So readers should know the work being referred to is the Archko Volume. It is a 19th-century volume containing what purports to be a series of reports from Jewish and pagan sources contemporary with Jesus that relate to the biblical texts describing his life. What is especially interesting it is said that this work was subsequently shown to have been copied almost verbatim from "Ponce Pilate à Vienne," a short story by Joseph Méry published in Revue de Paris in 1837.
You can look into it more at Wikipedia
Besides secular sources we can see early church writers (Origen, Josephus) are in agreement that Jesus’ appearance was less than desirable when reading the following scriptures:
For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. — Isaiah 53:2-3
I have seen documentaries on the study done in 1988 and other studies since. More recent studies suggest the 88 study was flawed considering the convent in France where the shroud was held had a fire. Sparks burned areas of the shroud and the nuns repaired with fresh linen.
The 88 study was only allowed a very small portion to examine. The newer study found that the piece 88 had was from a repaired area. When this new study was able to dig further they found molecular particles of pollen that could only come from Israel. And also the original linen itself dated back to the time of Jesus.
The blood sample from the shroud is also very rare. AB negative. And if I recall, this was the most fascinating, there were only female chromosomes found.
This information has been scrubbed. I have been unable to find it for years.
Plus, the 88 study in my opinion, was meant to debunk and find it a hoax. It is their playbook. I also believe that Jesus’s followers would have for sure kept his wrappings to cherish as Holy. The Lord had risen from the dead. Very Holy Materials needed to be kept safe and preserved.
The circumstances of that test are highly suspicious, however... There were two men doing it, and one of them pulled a material out of his pocket that didn't appear to have been the original sample, according to the second man. That first man was a vocal and vehement skeptic. Tests done later disprove that one, solitary, much-quoted test, but the media ignores them. It's been proven real.
Edit- however, the Roman letters at the time do describe Jesus as having fair hair and light eyes.
I want to believe the letters that pilot wrote to Herod and Caesar about Jesus. I fear those may be a hoax.
I would like to see other letters pilot wrote to see if he spoke in the same manner in his writings. The letters seem middle age English.
I also think Jesus would laugh at us discussing his looks and hair length. It really doesn’t matter. But I find it interesting. Jesus was a Nazarene. I did read the Nazarenes were blonde haired and blue eyed.
shroud scholars have been increasingly all over this result the last few decades - there's a lot of contention that samples were taken from repaired sections and not from the original cloth. politics. plenty of scholarly differences of opinion out there.
I normally do not like any AI produced images. The colors have no warmth. This creation struck me though.
Like all of the ancient art
That is Powerful!
i think the public owes mel gibson a loud apology. nailed it as producer and director
Hollywood demon Jews will never let that happen.
They will continue to praise balphomet and people who cut off pee pees.
What a Chad, He was built too.
CHRIST IS KING
Well, his earthly father was a carpenter and Christ probably worked at the trade for almost twenty years.
Christ is king.
Amazing! Thank you for this post! ✝️☦️🙏
I didn't have Russell Brand as Jesus on my bingo card!
I always found it fascinating how you flash a pic and everyone knows who it is...there were no cameras back then (that we know of)
He did his fasting
I was going to ask for some sort of verification or sause or something but..
Yeah, it looks like Him. Those eyes.
Wow!
Wow, that is powerful.
Except that's not the description of Jesus given in Josephus or other historical accounts.
I don’t believe Jesus looked like that. I read somewhere that it was a disgrace for men to have long hair in those days. Would Jesus be disgraceful?

God doesn't care about fashionable tends.
He still wasn't white.
Off topic, but ok.
A disgrace to who? He didn't seem too concerned with public opinion of him
A disgrace to whom? Not God.

He looks like Viggo Mortensen in Lord of the Rings.

Read the description, which explains the use of photogrammetry on the Shroud, before you watch the video.
Looks like Keanu Reeves.
Isa 52:14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men.
He was beaten beyond recognition. The shroud wrapped around His body would have shown this.

Other than that, bravo AI. Fascinating. 👏
These are documents from the time of Jesus written by Pontius Pilate and the Sanhedrin amongst others, Jesus is described as having golden hair and light blue eyes. https://drive.filen.io/d/d24f5d56-f2e2-49b5-9636-f19ac585b5de#xqWgmFNHN3q2vLShZBjqyUfWlbGU09yf

Your depth of knowledge is refreshing and now I have additional research to add to this list.
Wikipedia? Please.... That site is a joke. Have you a more believable source?

I wonder which god these "scientist" worship.
