DNA is the gateway where they can start to modify behaviors and future lineages. Certain parts of gene sequences have been found to be more common among repeat criminal offenders.

This is just one example what they can do. Another obvious and larger example is the development of bioweapons that target certain races based on gene markers.

Seems like that could be done by manipulating the VMAT2 gene.

I believe there was a DoD project on this, but I could just be imagining that.
