Sorry son, but I have lived in this area for a lifetime. The weather in the last 3 or four years has been different from the previous 60. And there has never been cloud formations in any place I have ever lived from Hawaii to the east coast that looked like hash tags and which dependably meant rain the next day.
No where in my experience has there been aircraft in that kind of flight pattern. That includes the wide open skys with zero humidity in Utah and the daily humidity filled skies of MD. Con trails are skinny. You can't see the plane. The trail dissipates within in 2 or 3 minutes. The leave no visible trace..
Chem trails are wide and they spread, no dissipation, just spread and stay. The whistle-blower in the article calls what he does a kill shot. I know what a see. I know what follows. Con trails are ice crystal produced because of the heated air from a jet engine.

You are correct, the frozen exhaust from the jet engine will sublimate in less than a minute.
Below, we have someone trying to dispute that fact, they come out every time you start talking about this topic.
Maybe killerspacebot is talking about the atmosphere on some alien world.
In the graph below, from NASA, it says the temperature at 30,000 feet is negative 47 degrees.

On the page below we have many graphs stating the water content, humidity, water vapor, whatever you want to call it, drops to zero at negative twenty.

If you take information from both sets of data we can conclude there is no humidity in the atmosphere at the altitude where most planes fly. So, sublimation will always take place.
Someone said above that people in Tennessee, where they banned spraying, the skies are blue now. Based on killerspaceman's theory, passing a law in Tennesse changed the physics above that state and I do not believe that.
