They do not all need to ascend to the awareness and understanding of the Q operation to be even partially effective info-warriors. My opinion: "same narrow thought process" if pulled out of the Matrix might still be a win. Some possible disagreement about how to figure out if someone has actually mentally escaped the Matrix enough to be useful when they still exhibit Matrix-like thinking which is what I think you are describing.

Exactly this! The awakening is probably more for our side than it is for the left. I’ve been thinking this more and more lately.
