I have Trump signs taped to the inside of my windows that face the street. Obviously my liberal neighbors complained but my fight is just beginning! I WILL NOT REMOVE THEM!

As a friendly reminder, the HOA does not permit any signage, flags, or banners promoting any political campaigns, candidates, or views. These political signs / statements / flags are not allowed to be on display in the HOA, even during an election period. The only signs allowed are For Sale signs when a home is selling. If you currently have a sign on display on your home or property, please remove it.

Please review your Covenants doc, page 8, section 5 to read as follows: (attached) Signs. No signs may be displayed to public view in any Unit, except signs not more than five (5) feet square advertising property for sale or rent and except for any signs placed by the Declarant to advertise the property during the sale of Units.

You specifically said, “the HOA does not permit any signage, flags, or banners promoting any political campaigns, candidates, or views”. That is not what the Covenant states. There is no mention of political candidates, views, banners or flags, only SIGNS. That must include all signs then including Welcome signs, name signs and any sign or flag in public view, not just political. You cannot add your specific verbiage to our Covenant! What I have in my windows INSIDE MY HOME is my business! It’s called free speech. If it offends my neighbors they can quit looking in my windows! This is absolutely ridiculous and I am not the only homeowner that is challenging this.
