GTFOOH - White trash shouldn't have worn that shirt in public. HE'S WRONG. I see this sort of crap in every airport across the country - trash finally gets coin to fly and they wear some ridiculous outfit like a dbag.
Not long ago, you couldn't even sit in first class unless you had a suit jacket on. Now we've got dillrods like this or grown ass men wearing pajamas on flights... REAL CLASSY!
The first amendment unfortunately doesn't do anything to protect all of us from stupidity.
Would you wear that shirt to your grandma's birthday party? How about church? A kid's graduation? Why not?
Stop with the outrage and pearl clutching. We're all stocked up on trash doing stupid shit and then crying about injustice.
lol….he would lose. He was kicked off because he had a silly hawk tau spit on it and a F-U flipping off picture….if he had a picture of Cackles doing that, he would have been kicked off too. The airline asked him to change his shirt, and he did…and that was fine. Then he changed back. You have a dude in an aluminum tube that proved he won’t listen to the flight crew….so he can walk, or drive to his destination….boo-hoo.
The TSA is in charge once you go through the gate. There are dozens of lawsuits on file, as it appears that airports, under the TSA, are Constitution free zones.
I don't think political t-shirts are protected under discrimination laws. Businesses can deny people service as long as it's not legally discriminatory...see: No shirt, no shoes, no service. Lawsuit is unlikely to get far beyond them offering a refund or cheap tickets as settlement.
Very likely they will use the flight attendant as a scapegoat and put her on paid leave for a bit.
TLDR: Boycott Delta if you want, but they are unlikely going to be affected much by this.

Gotta agree with this. Using wisdom and class should be a MAGA thing.
The commie fag club just started up right over there ——>
I disagree. No one should dictate to another what he could or could not wear. Would I wear that? Yes, I would.
We'll have to agree to disagree on this. Especially if:
Just because you can... doesn't mean you should...
You right. I could doesn't mean I should but I have been a contrarian all my life. LOL
Me too... I get it.
My mom always said I am the worse. LOL
It his 1st amendment right. Youre basically a commie faggot after this post.
White trash outing themselves again...
You're just the kind of asshole that would wear a "fuck you" hat to church and start telling everyone how it's your 1st amendment right...
Grandma must be so proud of her little grandson representing the family like that and all. What a cheese dick moron.
"Muh rights"
Yep, that's a pretty heavy duty message.
Guy should sue Delta.

Aah, thanks for that info

We'll see how it all shake out. I actually like to fly Delta.
I’d sue Delta. This shit needs to stop.
Please do. I want to see this shit stop also.
Delta.
