I could be wrong but even if they could charge their phones (does no one have access to a car charger) if the "machines" are down without power, how could their phones be scanned for purchases? Cash is king.

As of 2022, the number of automobiles in China amounted to 319 million. Over the past decade, car parc in China has been increasing significantly by more than 132 percent.
This is so obvious, why don't people forsee this when they support cashless?
