The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

It is supposed to be county-by-county with a county “Republican” assembly backed by Constitutional sheriff and common LAW county court. County assembly establishes method for election of representatives to “State Assembly”. State Assembly establishes method for election of representatives of sovereign state in “Federal Assembly” (i.e. House of Rep) with ALL sovereign state representatives (Rep and Senators PAID by sovereign state, NOT Federal gov’t.
Accepting emoluments from a foreign entity (i.e. US Corp in foreign DC territory) is cause for stripping of citizenship and deportation. This “legal jeopardy” and “source of leverage” is very likely why Trump took no salary when POTUS. One cannot undo the unlawful Corp while getting paid by same Corp.

This is because the states run the elections including the races for President of the United States. This Presidential election, like all the others before it and all of them following this election are a collection of 51 state elections including Washington D.C.

That too. But the constitution makes the states more powerful than the federal government. For example, most of the cabinet level shouldn't even exist. The same could be said for government bodies such as the FCC, FDA, CDC, and so on.

Article IV, Section 4 (A4S4) specifically prohibits in the states Corporate gov’t, Fascism, Oligarchy, Monarchy, Communism, Imperial gov’t, National gov’t, and YES, even Democracy. Advocating for, financing, or promoting prohibited forms of gov’ts within the states is literally TREASON against the Constitution.
By definition, state sovereignty is NOT lawfully delegatable to a National gov’t, NOR a Municipal Service Corporation (MSC) overlaid on top of states, named STATE OF XX CORP.
I'm not sure if you're agreeing with me (and the Constitution) that the Federal government is required to "guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government" or not. Yes, A4S4 DOES mean that the national (Federal) government has the duty to assure election integrity throughout the country (without which "a Republican form of government" is impossible) just as it has the duty to protect every State from invasion -- which, of course, the Feds are ALSO not doing.
Are you saying that those duties can NOT be "lawfully delegatable to a National gov’t"?
