Whatever crime(s) might have occurred, occurred in Florida, where US government has no jurisdiction.
Other governors/police/etc. have been wimps over the years by allowing the feds to just tell them what to do. And that allows the feds to run psyops on the People.
But them losing control of the "investigation" is glorious!
Good for Ron D.
I don't like him, for the most part, but glad to see he is doing the right thing here -- IF THIS IS TRUE.
Seems it was community noted & DeSantis didn't keep him out of FBI custody.
Well I wonder if that means the FBI has access to him, but not outside of Florida. As in DeSantis isn’t letting him go back to Washington or anything.
I have no idea. I would be great if he was kept in Florida under Sheriff's supervision to prevent an Epstein situation.
Partially true. The FEDS want to move him out of Florida, away from Florida law and jurisdiction and into a federal facility where he will probably "hang" himself within 24 hours after arriving. Right now, he's sitting in a Florida jail, but the FBI has access to him, but I'm sure under careful watch, so they really can't do anything.
I hope this is the case. It looks like he is in Florida, though was a specific facility mentioned? Are there any federal facilities in Florida?
FCC Coleman is a big one but he's in the custody of the Sheriff's dept I think. If he goes into a Fed facility he will be killed so he doesn't talk.
It looks like, just from reading the note, that while thry are not interfering in the FBI investigation, he is being housed in Florida and not in a Federal facility. This is good. If he were suicided, it would be in a Federal facility or facility in a blue district.
