Fwiw, the cigarettes are addictive because of additives, not the nicotine. The recommended amount is the lowest dosage, last step of the stop-smoking protocol, 7mg/day. I found it effective and I had no cravings after stopping. Granted I was never a smoker.
Also fwiw, I did the other protocols first, and they didn't seem to help. By that I mean that random symptoms would pop up from time to time anyway, and I felt off. But after the patches I felt good, and shelved all the supplements. That was almost a year ago, and have felt fine since. And it's way cheaper. But the other stuff didn't harm me either, except for making me feel like a supplement junkie. I never got vaxxed, but did get covid really bad, and after getting better from the original weeks of illness, I got periodic relapses of the same symptoms every few months, with less intensity. I jumped on them to keep them at bay and never got really ill, but none of the protocol put them to rest for good. Until the patches. I'm sure you'll be fine however you proceed. WWG1WGA, fren.
Ringing in the ears has become widespread, covid or not, vaccine or not. I heard the kids talking about it last week at work. They are suffering from it too. I think its the constant bombardment by radiation from devices, wifi and 5G. Ive had a constant ringing for about 5 years now.
Also Zeolite works well to flush heavy metals. May help with nanotech too.
I've had that on and off for a few years, even before covid. Could be the 🏍️. That wasn't something I remember affecting me then. Lately I've been good. Either way I'm not a good help on that particular symptom.
I've been researching PEMF therapy for other reasons but this device breaks your blood cells apart (from the coin stacking effect) by vibrating them apart through frequency. I wonder if they could have an effect on nanotech in the blood too? You could buy a microscope to view your blood and view the process. Though I don't know how much smaller nanotech is than blood cells.
Nicotine seems to work wonders. I read non smokers are even using the patch now to help.
Nattokinase. just don't take this supplement if you are on blood thinners.

Think I'll give this a try. Quit smoking 10 years ago. Don't want to risk taking the nicotine.

Thanks. Much appreciated.

Did you have ringing in your ears after COVID? If so, did you get rid of it with a treatment? WWG1WGA, Fren.

This was designed by Dr Peter McCullough for the vax spike protein detox.

I listen to frequencies by Quadible integrity. He has a video for detoxing nanobots; https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=K0abDpkorAc&list=RDK0abDpkorAc&index=2
