How do you disenfranchize the unfranchized? The statement is fabricated on a total lie. Non u.s. citizens have no franchise be it they come here legally or illegally.
Local election sites must resist. Let them sue the results when you disallow it. Put them.in the position of sueing to let illegals vote. Then you take that shit to the Supreme Court and see if any of them have any red/white and blue running through their veins in that court.
