You are so lucky to have natural water! See if you can get a hold of your states Water Quality maps . These will show where the underground aquifers lie and if any have been shut down for contamination. It's important to know if there are any contaminations by industry, mining, technology whose runoff could be leaching into your well water.
You should also have your water professionally tested for everything they can. If it is good and clean you will be sitting pretty.
If not, you could purchase a couple of different water purification and water distillation machines to purify that beautiful free water. I use countertop distillers that work great.

State lab can test your water. Costs maybe $45-60. Great to do every few years.
