Is there any way to bring them back? I believe it may be possible, they have to denounce it by surrendering to and accepting Jesus as their savior and begging his forgiveness. This may not be enough, I think they will be given a chance to prove it, kind of like the herculean challenges in purgatorio--spirit community service if you will. Some of you will say no, you're in hell forever.
I don't think so and I'll tell you why: The harrowing of hell. Jesus went into hell and returned and ascended. Why'd he go there? To give those people one more chance. This is biblical, google harrowing of hell. Since hell is eternal it's outside of our spacetime, which means if you do go there, you're going outside of our timespace. This means from our perspective, if Jesus ever went there, he would always be both there and not there, like in a photograph. Or if you prefer a quantum example: shroedingers cat--meaning, if you are in hell and you believe in Him, then he is there by your act of observing him to be there, and thus he would set you free when you accept him.
Futhermore, this hypothetical Shroedenger's Jesus example also suggests that people are in hell by remaining to choose evil over good, by continually rejecting Jesus, and that also suggests its not the torment you think it is but rather more like an opium den of perversion and debauchery and evil and that those who stay are truly evil because they are continually trapped by, seduced by and addicted to evil.
Obviously this is a very unpopular opinion but I'll say this though. God is the word the logos--says so in Greek. The word logical logic comes from logikos which steams from logos, so the word and logic are related...logic is a convincing speech. It is ILLOGICAL, a logical fallacy or a logical contradiction, to say that God is the most powerful being, who is also the ultimate expression of unconditional love, and yet his creations that are failures must suffer for eternity by being sent to an inescapable hell. God and infinite Hell cannot coexist without paradox. God cannot coexist with paradox, and therefore hell either doesn't exist or its not eternal or it is eternal with a condition that avoids paradox--which is the Jesus loophole I mentioned above.
Whether I'm right or not, this is what I choose to belelive, and this is what I'd argue in my afterlife evaluation before God as judge.
Don't want them back. They can march right straight on into hell.
