16 pet cats have suddenly disappeared in Bangor, Maine. Bangor just had an influx of Haitians.

That's such a liberal nonsense! Correlation litreally always implies causation
Sorry, nothing against you at all. Just makes my blood boil when I see those cursed words
This.
Fauci used to say that. But part of science and developing a hypothesis and theory depends on this. It's a useful tool.
Yes. Like someone could have used this alert system to notice that shoving a tube in to pump air into lungs full of mucus and remdisavir were killing most patients. And we won't get into the utter abject stupidity of ignoring the fact that people who took the vaccine are the ones getting the disease and dying from side effects. It's simple logic.
All from Fauci:

Just because the grass is wet doesn't mean it rained
Correlation tests for a relationship between two variables. However, seeing two variables moving together does not necessarily mean we know whether one variable causes the other to occur. This is why we commonly say “correlation does not imply causation.”
A strong correlation might indicate causality, but there could easily be other explanations:
It may be the result of random chance, where the variables appear to be related, but there is no true underlying relationship.
There may be a third, lurking variable that that makes the relationship appear stronger (or weaker) than it actually is.
If you've ever been involved in scientific research you'd understand that the statement is absolutely true. This is my wheelhouse, I could write you a book.
Edit to add more: IE, 6 months ago haitians move in and now a dozen cats go missing, at the same time that liberal douche bags are using Trump's "they're eating the pets" as a talking point to make him look unhidged and crazy. Maybe, just maybe, some liberal shit is out there unaliving cats with a pellet gun to further their narrative against Trump's sanity.
Just because we have dead cats however long after haitians move in doesn't mean the haitians have anything to do with it. This seems like narrative pushing to me.
Again, correlation does not imply causation is an absolute fact.
I'm sad that the 10updoots are not going to see this reply. I would look forward to discussion on the topic.
Correlation = Causation QED
You do you fren. I agree with 1 and 2 as for 3, nothing is "random" no, but we got apples and oranges here. Random and Correlation = Causation are 2 different things. I really don't think I'm going to change your mind here so I'm not going to waste time.
The pro-vaccine industry folks will argue that correlation doesn't equal causation when it shows vaccines are harmful, but claim correlation does equal causation when they want to claim vaccines reduced disease. Can't have it both ways, make up your bloody minds!
The devastating truth is that there is not even one peer reviewed scientific study with randomised double-blind testing with control groups of totally unvaccinated versus vaccinated that shows vaccines work at all.
You’re all just running on faith in the advertising. You believe in "authority" without verifying the authority's claims. Your "authority" is often corrupt. There's too much MONEY involved.
The key word here is "imply". Anyone can imply pretty much anything.
Here are some examples (to make it clear, before people start getting upset- I'm not saying these examples are true, I'm using them to make a point):
Autism rates rose at the same rate of microwave use. This implies microwaves cause autism.
Cases of mental retardation have fallen at the same time that childhood vaccinations rose. This implies that childhood vaccines prevent mental retardation.
Amish don't receive routine childhood vaccinations, and they have a higher chance than average to have severe illnesses like Tay-Sachs, Angelman Syndrome, and dwarfism. This implies vaccines prevent these diseases.
I suspect they might
But IMHO they've risen sharply. Sooo many retards
Disagree- they are almost completely healthy
God, not man's actions, cause disease. If kids get sick, it's because they or their parents sinned- which makes it a sin to attempt to prevent it (which is impossible anyway), etc etc
Ok, did you get the point of my post? At all?
I just replied to this person without reading the rest of the thread, I'm sorry for myself for even taking the time after reading other comments. ffs this shit is laughable. I got duped by a shill (or just low IQ). Happens to the best of us I guess. No offense alqaeda.
Correlation does imply causation
