I think Trump had tweeted some evidences for all to see (Yeeeaow), so it's funny to see those very videos in the court-transcripts as proof of the badness of his tweeting, and the rambling lawyer goes on to say that the claims are un-substantiated because the mayor said so, that is:

The video of a woman dissecting a cat on the lawn is in the court documents (LOL), and the lawyer says, that the mayor says, there is nothing to see here, therefore Trump's claims are unsubstantiated, and a criminal.

I believe there is free speach, which means one can say things, in public and on Twitter (X), and even political speach if "They're eating the pets" can be considered so, but one should be able can say anything. Political speach is even more protected than free speach, although I believe we are talking about the same thing.
