First...thank you all for your prayers and good wishes for both of us. I've watched the power of prayer here on this board for a long time. Prayer works. Where two or more are gathered...

Pup does not have Parvo!!! Thank you, Lord. After tests, x-rays, anti-nausea meds, no fever or sickness/infection, yet many of the same Parvo symptoms; not eating, blood in vomit and stool, extreme drooling, lethargy...vet thinks he ate something bad.

Turns out he was chewing on a Pothos plant unbeknownst to us. Pothos plants (common houseplant that most have in their homes) is crazy toxic/poisonous. We researched all our outdoor plants to make sure nothing was dangerous for the dogs...but have never had a dog chew on a house plant. Who knew. He's the sweetest dog we've ever had...but dang is he sneaky. He is doing much better today and on the mend.

As for me, (after reading all your prayers and sending up my own) I took a chance and called Mayo. I got an appt in three weeks. Three weeks...I couldn't believe it. Plus, they will do a specific test that I have been asking my docs to do (who said "sure" but never did) these last 6 months. Hope is an amazing thing.

Thank all of you so much. I can't begin to express my gratitude. I'm proud to be in your company, frogs. (emoji heart!)
