Yep... Reparations should also be earned.

The whole thing feels like a comedy sketch. He kind of pauses after asking for respect then grabs the jug. He wasnt coughing or anything beforehand.

Some sort of scripted public humiliation is my initial guess. Anyone at that level of Government knows what a drinking glass is for. If you watch it slowly Im pretty sure none of the water actually ends up in his mouth.
