I thought a state is sovereign, when deciding how the elections are held?
Since when have the Feds obeyed the Constitution?
Who's the DOJ to tell a town they can't use paper ballots?
No injury, no standing.
Implying that paper ballots are injury to their rigged elections?
I’m taking the “no injury, no standing” that was thrown at Trump about the 2020 election and applying it here to the DOJ because the feds have no legal jurisdiction in how states run their elections.
