No. We have lived through the past 4 years so we could understand exactly why money is evil, how its the Devil's weapon to keep us poor and enslaved. Its none of this abstract stuff.
Money is not evil; it’s a tool. How one uses it determines whether the purpose is evil or good by the results it brings. A hammer is a tool: it can drive a nail to create or break a glass to destroy. Is the hammer evil?! Remember it is the love of money that is evil. It is the intent in man’s heart that can be evil or good.
Correct if referring to constitutional money, or money that is backed by something tangible.
Money is evil when the Satanists use their "money magic" and print paper out of thin air, and suck the hard earned life out of society, while using it to corrupt the very same society.
Money as wielded by the Banksters is pure evil. But yeah, thats not what Ayn Rand is referring to. This post is optics to people dont look behind the curtain to really see why money is evil.
Agreed, fiat money is evil because it’s fraudulent and inherently corrupt as a result.
Hard money can be involved in evil if it’s hoarded for its own sake, but in that case, it’s the heart of the man doing the hoarding and not the medium of exchange itself.
It's what is done with it, the intention behind it's use. Jesus did not support poverty and suffering.
Poverty degrades and destroys.
People should seek to be blessed, so they, in turn, can bless others. Money is one form of being blessed. You are supposed to be God's conduit. Receive so you can more freely give.
None of the abstract stuff? Are Medical systems & medical doctors that helped themselves to all that COVID FUNDING for each diagnosed death from COVID abstract stuff? They all took the funding to give the jabs as well. Many in Congress take huge sums of money to deliver what the payor wants, or grifted upon secret knowledge on the stock market, or out right accepted bribes, got huge book deals for their gross story of their miserable lives as a pay off or sold human children to pedos. Abstract stuff?
And furthermore the examples you are giving, while not abstract, are all people doing evil things for money but that does not make money evil.
Money is evil when it is created in deception for the sole purpose of enslaving us and if you miss that point then you missed them lesson from all the suffering we went through
People do things they would not do, when there is money influencing their decision & behavior. Look at Judas as an example. Would he have turned Jesus in without the inducement?
Nothing you mention here is what Ayn Rand is talking about. She is not talking about bad people doing bad things for money but people who are to stupid (according to her) to make use of the money properly.
She is talking about abstract stuff not the concrete stuff you are talking about
She despised whom she considered “stupid” but had no qualms about greedy people. Her whole thesis was “only smart people should be allowed to control the society” which is exactly what she is saying in the last bit but it’s shocking that so many people fall for this with out even a bit of analysis
I think she is talking about how a person’s character must be larger, more of an influence than money they have or are bribed with. That’s my take away.

She despised anyone she deemed stupid and did not like humanity at all, that might have something to do with what she says here.
Bingo

Let me just ask you this question. Do you think there is a difference between Money as a tool vs Money as a weapon?
