Perhaps. But when he is standing next to someone of known height, like Trump, it doesn't add up. Jr. was 6'1" and T 6'2 or 6'3". Fusca isn't anywhere near 6.1 when standing near Trump.

The actors of both Gandalf and Baggins next to each other in Lord of the Rings. Appearing at massively different heights, but in real life close to the same heights.

You must keep in mind if JFK Jr. and Trump were side by side, or Fusca and Trump, how much editing was done for the photo before it was put out to the public? Who provided the photo? The military and its artists takes many “movie cues” from Hollywood to also produce a narrative for us out here to believe.

I'm talking about video. I've seen them standing near each other and the height difference is significant. I would love it if it actually were Jr. I just don't see it. Even if he's not Jr., I hope Jr. is alive. That would be jaw-dropping for the entire world.

Gobby same thing: Who put out the video? Who put out the pictures? Who is a White Hat operative? What camera filter was being used? Even a so-called “live production” can have wonderful special effects. Disney does it every day in their Magic Kingdom, and all live. 😉
