I thought I read something recently about Blue Cross Blue Shield had a hand in helping the fraudsters set up these money funneling programs, anyone know if this was a fact?
He says in the video that the suspect was reported missing a few days ago.
Also, not every state/jurisdiction has a 24hr lapse in taking reports of missing people, regardless of age.
Maybe some genital mutilation for the men? Or just that guy.
